U.A Highschool
This is U.A. Highschool, the school that has taught some of the greatest heroes in all of Japan!
U.A. has different departments and classes for different students. This is based of what skills they have and the results of the intial exam they have to pass to get into the school. It's every students dream to get into U.A. but with the competition they have and the requirements set in the test makes certain students just pick an easier option to secure a place for their future. The easiest way to describe U.A. is that its exactly like we think of Oxford university or Havard university in America. They have the reputation of the hardest to get into and best for certain subjects they cover.
Entrance process
To get into U.A. there is quite a long process. Initially the candidate has to give in an application to the school,
the school then sends the students to an entrance exam, this consists of written and a physical test. This is where it gets difficult as the test is taken by
thousands of students which ends up getting split up to different groups. The physical test being the more important test is based
off a point system. There are 4 different robots that replicate villains; Easy (1 point) Medium (2 points) Hard (3 points) and trap
(0 points). Traps are massive robots made to stop people from attacking and gaining additional points. However, there is
an additional way of getting points which is by heroic acts. These points are not shared between eachother which pushes
the students to be more selfish.
Backstory
Could you imagine a world where everyone has a superpower? Well, My Hero Academia is it. In this world people evolved and started gaining special abilities, which scared the world at first but became so common its weird not to have one! The world has learnt to use the special powers along with the day to day lives to improve everything they can. its even gone as far as helping out certain jobs; fire fighters have people with water abilities, laboratories have people that have improved brain power. The limits keep getting broken in this world. However, sadly this leads to worse mischief going on as villains feel more powerful with their abilities being used in ways to harm rather than help. That's exactly why a new job role came out which was being a hero!
